The SPIRO HRV and sleep data

What field studies with SPIRO show about heart-rate variability, sleep and recovery.

It doesn't show up on any wearable or biomarker panel, because it isn't visible or immediately felt. So it stays off your radar while you train your heart-rate variability, look after your sleep, and work on the balance between your sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system — with no one pointing out that an environment with high electromagnetic interference can act as a constant background stressor, lowering the real ceiling of improvement you could reach with the same effort.1

The remediation system I use is SPIRO: a technology that generates a field which, as a consequence of filtering the noise generated by artificial radiation — or perhaps as an added effect — shows very interesting signs of improvement in health markers.

In a 30-day placebo-controlled trial with 50 athletes, the group using SPIRO recorded statistically significant improvements in the most robust heart-rate-variability indicators: LF power rose 34.6% (versus a 14.4% drop in the control group), and total power (TP) rose 27.0% (versus −11.9% in the control group), both with p<0.001. The Bio-Well stress index dropped 13.8%, versus a slight 0.4% rise in the control group.2 The German IGEF laboratory, in its evaluation of the most powerful model (SPIRO Level 5), documented improvements in HRV regulation in 9 of 10 electrosensitive subjects after weeks of use.3

If you're interested in quantum biology, you may already know the "structured" or "fourth-phase" water hypothesis (EZ water): researchers such as Gerald Pollack (University of Washington), Gilbert Ling and Emilio Del Giudice have proposed that intracellular and mitochondrial water does not behave like ordinary liquid water, but in a more ordered state, necessary for optimal cell function.4 There is also a 2025 pilot study reporting that, after applying a Spiro device to a water sample measured with GDV bioelectrography, a state of greater coherence persisted even after removing the device from the wifi field.5 I myself, using my Bio-Well water sensor, have observed changes that I find consistent with that idea before and after proximity to a Spiro field.
